The President of Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO) worldwide, Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop in company of his executive paid a condolence visit to the immediate past Plateau North Senatorial district candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Amb Chris Musa Giwa at his residence in Kuru, Jos South LGA.
Expressing shock at the news of the demise of Da Musa Giwa, Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop said though he hasn’t met the deceased in person, but believed that the Berom nation has lost a great personality from where wisdom and counsel can be tapped. He encouraged Amb Chris Giwa to take solace in the Lord through the Holy Spirit the great comforter. The BECO President called on the entire family to be strong and accept the death as an act of God, he encouraged them to keep alive the legacies of the deceased as a mark of honour.
In his response, Amb Chris Giwa described the visit by the leadership of the Berom nation as a medicine that brings healing, he said despite the pains he is currently going through, this visit in particular has caused him succour and relief. Giwa appreciated the BECO executive for the visit. He said his dad was a major companion to him, while extolling the virtues of his late father, he said words aren’t enough to described the pains and fear that gripped him whenever he visits the compound of his late dad.
Giwa solicited for constant prayers for the family to be able to pull through their sorrowful moment. According to him, the date for the funeral will be announced in a late date.
In closing, prayer was offered for the family, Kuru community as well as Berom nation for comfort, and also for a hitch free funeral programme.
