The Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO), at its Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting, held this afternoon, March 22,2022, resolved to effect a slight change in the preparation for hosting the forthcoming Congress Meeting. This was due to an observation from critical stakeholders of the BECO.
It is recalled that earlier, the Congress Meeting was scheduled to hold on Saturday 26th March, 2022, which coincided with the date of the National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Abuja.
In view of the fact that many of our members, being members of the party and who will be at the Abuja event, it was deemed necessary, by the CWC, to shift the date of our Congress, to enable our members attend both functions.
While BECO wishes our APC delegates to their party convention a successful convention, we sincerely regret the inconvenience the change in the date of the Congress may cause.
The Congress is now scheduled for April 2, 2022, at the same venue and time.
