The Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO) is glad to rejoice with Her Excellency, Ngo Josephine Chundung Piyo, Deputy Governor , Plateau state, our mother, daughter and pace-setter in politics and other fields of human endeavours, on her birthday today.
