The news of the promotion of our brother, Da (Dr) Yakubu Dadu, came to us in the BECO Secretariat, as a very pleasant surprise, though we never doubted for a minute, his eligibility and qualification for the office, in view of his track record, dexterity, competence, exemplary conduct and cognate experience.

BECO therefore wishes to felicitate with Ambassador Dadu, his immediate family, Berom nation and the state as a whole, over this rare opportunity to serve in a higher level.

It is our sincere prayer that this promotion will open doors to many favours from God and men. We pray God for grace to perform and excel.
