The Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO), rejoices with His Majesty, Da, Dr Jacob Gyang Buba, CON, the Gbong Gwom Jos and Grand Patron of all Berom socio – cultural organisations, Chairman, Jos Joint Traditional Council and President, Plateau State Council of Chiefs and Emirs, as he marks his 70th birthday today.Your Majesty, it has been a rare privilege for us in the Executive Council of the BECO, working closer with you, for the past three years, or so. This has revealed to us that truly, you are a father, a lover and defender of your people and the land, a leader with a heart of gold and a good listener. Your simplicity clearly depicts your sincerity of purpose.

It’s our utmost prayer that the good lord will continually fill you with greater wisdom, bless you with good health and enrich you with abundant grace and knowledge, to move your people and the land into the next phase of life.

May your reign bring peace in the midst of of the aggression, light in the darkness and calmness in the midst of the storm.
Your Majesty, we just wish to say how much we love you and wish you many happier returns ahead in excellent health, as you enthrone a reign of progress, peace and development in your domain.
