The Executive Council of the Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO), is pleased to warmly rejoice with our indefatigable President Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop, over his recent conferment of the Leadership Excellence Award. Certainly the organisation in choosing Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop, did not err at all, in view of the established track record and antecedents of our workaholic and very resourceful leader. We are convinced a better choice couldn’t have been made. Having stood with you in the service of our people and the land, we know better and can testify of his zeal for human development and societal harmony.
