The Berom People of Za’ang, Jos South

Za’ang is a Berom (Birom) community in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State. The people have longstanding ancestral connections to the Jos Plateau and maintain their Berom language, customs, traditions and cultural heritage. Za’ang forms part of the wider Berom traditional communities of Jos South.
