The Berom People of Vwang, Jos South

Vwang is a prominent Berom (Birom) traditional area in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State. The people have deep ancestral roots in the Jos Plateau and preserve the Berom language, customs, traditional institutions and cultural heritage. Vwang is one of the important centres of Berom identity and traditional life in Plateau State.
