The Berom People of Kuru, Jos South

Kuru is a predominantly Berom (Birom) community in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State. The Berom people of Kuru have deep ancestral roots in the Jos Plateau and preserve their language, customs, traditions and cultural heritage. Kuru is part of the wider Berom traditional communities in Jos South and Plateau State.
