All Berom people and Berom organizations shall be members -.
Every Berom adult shall, pay a
Registration fee (to be determined by congress and shall be issued with a membership card accordingly.
The annual subscription fee may vary accordingly.
Fees mentioned in this section shall be paid to the financial secretary or treasurer of member’s
Respective branches
